With juicing your body can absorb more vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes than it can if you were to eat the produce. Heating and cooking vegetables
will destroy some of the enzymes especially if you like your veg ‘soggy’.
Juicing has shown to improve and at times alleviate skin diseases, immune disorders, lower blood pressure and help fight cancer (some people have attributed
juicing to getting rid of cancer but this has yet to be scientifically proven).
Juicing is a great weight loss aid, detoxes the body and if you find you cannot eat 6 – 8 portions of fruit and veg a day then juicing helps you keep up
your quota. Also by drinking juice you are able to drop a couple of glasses of water per day as the juice substitutes the liquid. Juices can be an

Do resistance training - When you’re actually working against something, and you start to build muscle this alone will enable your
body to burn calories, even when you’re resting up to a hundred more over a period of time. Muscle tissue tends to be active where as fat isn’t.
If you work out for 30 minutes two times
