Mark Thouless

Personal Trainer & Movement Therapist

Mark is a REPS Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer qualified in strength and power training, nutrition and weight management advice and advanced cardiovascular training. Mark is also a qualified Tri-planar Kettlebell trainer which explores the tri-plane movement patterns of the human body. He is also a qualified Gravity trainer and can carry out postural assessments and prescribe corrective exercises.

Personal Trainer & Gym Instructor

Anthony has been a personal trainer for 10 years working with people with a huge variety of goals. He specialises in enabling people to relieve their back pain by helping them change the movement patterns that are hurting them. He loves working with are kettlebells and pre and post natal women. Being able to help women strengthen their bodies in preparation for child birth and then helping them return to exercise in a safe effective fashion, and meeting the baby, is just great fun.
